KettleBell Clinic

The clinic introduces attendees to proper mechanics, increasing efficiency, and improving performance with general instruction on movements as well as individual cues and corrections.
Clinic content includes:
1.     Introduction to the Russian swing and American swing
2.     Improving movement efficiency and performance
3.     Kettlebell Press mechanics including strict press, push press, and push jerk
4.     Goblet squat mechanics
5.     Kettlebell Cleans and Snatches will be covered as well!
This is a beginner kettlebell clinic, but we encourage anyone who has been away from kettlebell training for a regular interval of 2-3 months or more to attend. It will make a great refresher of basic skills or perhaps learn a few new ones!
