2015 Winter Tangle Festival (Зимний Переплёт)
Event Details
This music, arts, and culture festival happens inside a hotel. Its free of charge and anyone can attend. But most people prefer to get a room at the festival hotel. HOTEL ROOMS ALWAYS SELL OUT COMPLETELY (at least that's what happened for the past 14 years of running the winter festivals). So if you want to make sure you get a room, BOOK IT TODAY or as soon as you can...

----------------Hotel Booking Instructions------------------
PLEASE CAREFULLY READ ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW (the number to call and reserve a room is underneath the instructions)
1) FULL WEEKEND BOOKINGS ONLY for now…
Because we want to give priority to festival participants who are able to stay for both nights, the hotel is only taking reservations for the full weekend (Fri & Sat Night) for now. If the hotel is not sold out by December 20th, we will open up bookings for participants that only want to book one of the nights.
2) YOU WILL NEED A CREDIT CARD IN YOUR NAME TO BOOK A ROOM.
3) IDENTIFY YOURSELF AS PART OF OUR GROUP AND CHECK THE DATES…
Mention that you are calling to book a room for the “Tangle” Festival or the “Russian Music & Culture” Festival. Confirm that hotel staff gives you the right dates: check-in January 23rd (3PM), check-out January 25th (1PM), 2015.
4) STATE YOUR ROOM PREFERENCE AND CONFIRM THE ROOM RATE…
Rooms should be $90+tax per night for 2 ppl, and $100+tax if u plan to have more than 2 people in a room. Officially no more then 4 people per room. Make sure to clarify smoking or non-smoking, and if you want to have one bed or two.
5) MICROWAVE OVENS & FRIDGES…
There are only a few microwaves and fridges in this hotel – 20 of each to be precise (yes we know it’s very low), so the first ppl to ask for them will get them. If you are not one of the lucky 20, but you must have a microwave /fridge we suggest bringing your own or arranging to share with one of the lucky 20. Keep in mind that it will be cold out and your car trunk is just as good to function as a fridge.
6) QUIETER ZONE IN THE HOTEL…
This is the first year we are trying to plan a quieter zone inside the festival hotel for families with kids and just those rare individuals that must have quiet to sleep, and for some reason are against using earplugs. There will be roughly 20 rooms designated as the “quieter zone” – if u prefer it, make sure to ask for it. Please don’t ask for it if you don’t need it.
7) CANCELING YOUR ROOM NO LATER THAN 1/13/2015…
if you must cancel your reservation, the last day to do so is January 13th, 2015, which is 10 days before the event. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.... Read More
