БЛАГОТВОРИТЕЛЬНЫЙ КОНЦЕРТ ПОСВЯЩЕННЫЙ ДНЮ РОЖДЕНИЯ ЧАЙКОВСКОГО

В концерте принимают участие прославленные пианисты, обладатели многочисленных международных наград – Александр Беридзе, Маи Кагая, Инна Лейтуш, а также звезда американской оперной сцены – Моник МакДональд.

Все собранные средства от концерта будут переданы в педиатрическое отделение Мемориального Ракового Центра Слоун-Кеттеринг в Нью-Йорке, а также в российский фонд Даунсайд Ап оказывающий поддержку семьям, воспитывающим детей с синдромом Дауна.

Коцерт состоится 27-го марта в 6 вечера в Генеральном Консульстве РФ по адресу 9 East 91st Street, New York, NY 10128.

Alexander Beridze, Piano - Hailed by American Record Guide as an “exceptional artist,” Georgia-born pianist Alexander Beridze thrills audiences and critics alike with his dazzling precision and range, as well as his insightful eloquence and sensitivity. Gold Medalist of the 2009 World Piano Competition, Beridze made his New York recital debut at Alice Tully Hall in 2011 where critics called his performance “brilliant, superb and simply electrifying” and “a splendid one that passed by almost too quickly.”

Mai Kagaya, Piano - As a chamber musician and solo performer, Mai Kagaya has appeared before audiences of Stern auditorium, Zankel Hall and Weill Recital Hall of Carnegie Hall, and Steinway Hall, and also the Kaufman Center. In addition to these personal engagements, Ms. Kagaya performs concerts as a member of the New York Piano Duo, and performs frequently with Alexander Beridze in Aspen, CO, Palm Beach, FL, and NYC.

Monique McDonald, Soprano - American Soprano Monique McDonald’s dynamic stage presence and stunning vocal gifts are establishing her as one of the most beloved sopranos of our time. Her powerful and moving performances have captivated audiences and critics alike, drawing praise from The New York Times, The LA Times, and Opera News among others. She is becoming known as one of the prominent Verdian Sopranos of her generation.

Inna Leytush, Piano - Inna Leytush, Music Director has a Bachelor’s Degree in music from a college affiliated with the State Moscow Conservatory, and a Master’s Degree from the Gorky State Conservatory. She has participated in the 39th Concurs International de Chant de Toulouse, France, the 10th International Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow, and the American Landmark Festivals.
