We each carry a narrative story within us that can often run our lives with an adverse effect. Rik Center met one of his new narratives after a hand-gliding accident and in the following years needing to end a long term relationship, which moved onto a path of towards his true work.  Rik is Cofounder of the MCC, a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, SE/Somatic Experiencing Practitioner supporting others around unresolved anxieties and PTSD involved in emotional, physical sexual abuses in how re-write their past narrative. Plus, as a trained Buddhist/Interfaith Chaplain Rik has worked with many people and families dealing with illnesses, accidents, people needing transplants due to addictions and those moving towards death.
Perry Liskerhad to meet his narrative of who he was when his first wife passed away from cancer and he suddenly became a single father raising his two children.Perry is a JD, MSW and LCSW/Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He was affiliated with California Pacific Medical Center where he provided crisis intervention and support counseling for implementation and coordination of discharge plans for patients. He also worked with cases involving child abuse, elder abuse, sexual assault, fetal demise, substance abuse, domestic violence and other urgent psychosocial issues.
